Meet David Duree

With a deep passion for music, Mr. Duree is a dedicated instructor with a nurturing teaching philosophy. He is committed to music through personalized lessons creating an inspiring musical environment for students of  all ages. Mr. Duree teaches private clarinet and saxophone performance in his college studios. He studied at the Jordan Conservatory, the University of Maryland and Catholic University of America. Formerly Principal Chair Clarinetist (and founding member) of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and Principal Chair Saxophone of the U.S. Naval Academy Band. Mr. Duree is Senior Adjunct Lecturer for Clarinet and Saxophone at McDaniel and Carroll Community colleges. He has appeared as soloist with the Annapolis, Salisbury, Frederick, and Westminster Symphony Orchestras as well as the Carroll Concert Band. Mr. Duree is a freelance performer in the Baltimore and Washington area
